FOOD FOR THOUGHT:

• You can budget time like you can budget money.

• It is possible to estimate how long things will take, just like you can plan and save to buy something.

• And even better, you KNOW how much time you have—24 hours EVERY day.

• You can put those time estimates in a plan.

• Then work your plan…

SO WHAT WILL YOU DO DIFFERENTLY?

• Set up a “time budget.”

• Assign time in your weekly or monthly budget for things important to YOUR life plan.

• Break down big projects into smaller chunks of time.

• Just watch your progress.

• You’ll be amazed…
