That's what makes them leaders.

LEADER'S REALITY CHECK
How often do you truly appreciate others' contributions?
How often do you tell folks you appreciate their efforts?
Do you have "An attitude of gratitude?"

FOOD FOR THOUGHT
You will motivate others by appreciating them
Showing gratitude is easy
Although most don't do it
Your leadership will shine by showing gratitude, regularly

SO, WHAT WILL YOU DO DIFFERENTLY?
Take time, at the end of the day, to consciously appreciate peoples' contributions
Write a note, or send an email, at least daily, appreciating someone or something
Start a Gratitude Journal

It's a sign of mediocrity when you demonstrate gratitude with moderation.
