Leaders Change for the Better!
"We live in a moment of history where change is so
speeded up that we begin to see the present only
when it is already disappearing."
-R. D. Laing
Leaders embrace change.
They understand that their environment is not
static;
Sure, it's uncomfortable!
Changing helps them stay ahead of the pace
And they improve as they grow.
"Any change, even a change for the better, is always
accompanied by drawbacks and discomforts."
-Arnold Bennett
10 SECOND REALITY CHECK
Do you resist change?
Are you proactive or reactive in responding to new
things?
Do you see change as an opportunity?
"Only the wisest and stupidest of men never change."
-Confucius
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
You can't change the pace of change.
You can only adjust how you respond to it.
Not changing can leave you "in the dust."
Changes present new opportunities.
"It is not necessary to change; survival is not
mandatory." --W. Edward Demming
SO WHAT WILL YOU DO DIFFERENTLY
React positively to proposed new ideas
Think of ways you can make them work
See changing as your "ticket to the future."
And enjoy the results!
"If we don't change, we don't grow. If we don't
grow,
we aren't really living."
-Gail Sheehy
Enjoy changing for the better!
