She listens, then listens some more. When it comes to divining
the human relations and organizational dynamics of leadership,

nature to her. She convinces people to take charge of their own
attitudes, to be leaders. She inspires them to be their best,
love their lives and their work, be innovators, better their
focus, and set and attain positive goals. That’s Marsha Egan,
one of Pennsylvania's 50 Best Women in Business and celebrated keynoter, facilitator, author, certified ICF coach
and zesty woman who speaks leadership in volumes.
